  1. Product Philosophy

    • The EndiGrow business model is NOT PRODUCT BASED - IT IS SOLUTION BASED.

A product is anything that can be offered to a market that might satisfy a want or need. It is in essence a complete bundle of benefits or satisfactions that buyers perceive they will obtain if they purchase the product.

A solution is the combination of tangible and/or intangible products and services that enable the resolution of a business problem.

A product may be "part of " a solution but it is rarely "the" solution.

I have created solutions for my clients that include products that may meet your needs with some changes. More often I find existing commercially available products for my clients and help them integrate these into an effective total process environment. Other times, I develop or adapt products to fit the required need.

I try to avoid preconceived solutions.

I do not succeed by fitting your organization to my products.

I succeed by assessing your needs and helping you find the right set of solutions.

The EndiGrow products are designed to be customized based on the needs of the business. Each is built from modules that can be assembled into new custom applications. You are NOT LIMITED to the selections on this page. These are examples of what is possible.

Most are multi-user and network enabled without modification.

  2. EndiGrow TeleManager

    • Call Center application for direct marketing that works with Haines Criss-Cross Directory

EndiGrow's TeleManager is a simple multiuser call center application at a fraction of the cost of other systems.

      Benefits:

Better utilize your human resources - TeleManager easily assign telemarketers to groups of numbers

Each caller is assigned a "Task" or set of "Tasks" - a set of numbers they are assigned to call. There is no real limit on the number of callers or the number of Tasks. TeleManger helps keep them on task - rapidly presenting the next number to dial as soon as the last call is completed.

Elininate Paperwork - TeleManager automatically tracks callback times and saves a history of all calls

You configure how TeleManager will schedule call backs based on the result of the last call. Busy calls can be scheduled sooner than No Answers. TeleManager allows you, if needed, to spread call attempts to each number over weekdays and weekends to give your staff higher chances of making a successful contact.

Reduce Risk - TeleManager can check a copy of the National Do Not Call List and flag individual numbers based on the prospects request.

This feature helps you avoid the risk and fines of non-compliance.

"On June 27, 2003 the U.S. Federal Trade Commission opened the National Do Not Call Registry in order to comply with the Do-Not-Call Implementation Act. The Do-Not-Call Implementation Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-10, was H.R. 395 of the 108th Congress) was sponsored by Representatives Tauzin and Dingell and signed into law by President Bush on March 11, 2003.

This law establishes the FCC's National Do Not Call Registry in order to facilitate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. This registry is intended to give U.S. consumers an opportunity to limit the telemarketing calls they receive.

Starting October 1, 2003, when the National Do Not Call Registry was first enforced, most telemarketers were required to remove the telephone numbers on the registry from their call lists. Telemarketers covered by the National Do Not Call Registry have up to 31 days (starting January 1, 2005) from the date one registers to stop calling the consumer.

Most telemarketers cannot call one's telephone number if it is in the National Do Not Call Registry. One can register their home and mobile phone numbers for free. Their registration will be effective for five years."

  3. EndiGrow LeadManager

    • Lead Management for direct mail and other Contact Management tasks

LeadManager is more than a product. It is a:

Template that can be adapted to your spefic needs

Demonstration of my data consolidation service

A client in Acworth Georgia who services the Atlanta Area needed to consolidate loan and remodeling customer lead referral information. The data included types of data fields their existing Contact Management System could not handle.

I converted the data from three separate sources into one common format and made it available through Lead Manager for mass mailings and lead call tracking.

Lead Manager is an example of how I can consolidate data from various sources. Most clients do not need Lead Manager but they sometimes need to consolidate lead referral information from different sources into one program or service.

      Benefits:

Consolidate and Save - take muliple sources of Contact information and merge them into one

Unlimited Users - share the list of your contacts across your network

LeadManger is multi-user with no real limit on the number of concurrent users. It can also be configured to limit the types of information each user can see. You may have Outlook on your desk, but what if others in your office need to share some of your Contacts.

The Right Choice - EndiGrow helps you find the right Contact Manager solution even if it does not include LeadManager!

  4. EndiGrow's Key Resource Template

    • Total Quality Management Internal Web Template

      Look around your office.

How many Post-it notes and lists are taped to monitors and pinned to walls?

Where is the most up to date list of extensions and key phone numbers?

Whats the number for the repairman you need right now?

Where are the documents that new hire needs to sign?

How do you fix that problem on the computer that happened six months ago?

We had some training documents somewhere - was it in My Documents on Sue's computer?

      There is a better way.

I have developed a template for an internal website that stores your:

Customer Focus - What are the critical success factors every employee needs to remember?

Processes - How do we do things by categories like "Delivery", "Technology" and "Management"?

Resources - How do we contact our vendors, landlord, building maintenance, each other, etc.?

Policies - What policies should every employee follow? This helps protect you from those who might say "but I didn't know ..."

Forms - Where are those forms for new employees or vendors to sign? Do you have a non-disclosure agreement? Put them all here.

Produsts and Services - What is critical to know about what we sell? What does that part look like for that product we sell? What are our current prices?

News - What is happening in our industry that employees should know?

      ...and more

It takes a little effort to set up and a little discipline to maintain but it is well worth the time.

I have done much of the technical work for you. All you need to add is the content.

  5. EndiGrow "Your Birthday Past"

    • Send a "This Day in History" card to contacts on their Birthdays or Anniversaries

      Birthday Letter Example

The EndiGrow "This Day in History" database has selected:

Celebrity and Famous (vs infamous) People's Birthdays

      Fun Events from History

These little facts can be pulled into a mailmerge each month to send to your clients and prospects.

It adds a special touch that helps get your message noticed.

The birthdays and events are selected for their "feel good" quality. It might be interesting to know you share a birthday with Son of Sam but it may not convey the right message.

This is a bonus service I offer my clients rather than a formal product. If you already have the birthdates for a number of your clients it can be fairly simple to try this out for a few months. The format of the letter is dictated by the mailmerge document rather than the database. The example shows a letter, but post cards or even emails are also easy to setup.
